About the Company
Rhode Island Fast Ferry operates high-speed ferry service between Rhode Island and Martha’s Vineyard, along with scenic lighthouse cruises on Narragansett Bay.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with ticket purchases, reservations, and check-in
- Answer phones and provide accurate information about schedules, fares, and services
- Help customers plan trips and resolve issues professionally
- Process transactions and handle cash/credit payments
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain a friendly, organized, and efficient front desk environment
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable interacting with customers and handling questions or concerns
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
