Tick off operator

Responsibilities

• Capture and update documents within the SAP system to ensure accurate warehouse records
• Reconcile system data and register material entries, exits, consumption, and inventory write-offs
• Analyze material consumption to ensure the correct closing of manufacturing orders
• Participate in cyclic and fiscal inventory counts
• Manage administrative documentation and validate good documentation practices in accordance with quality management systems
• Maintain system updates in a timely manner and ensure compliance with safety and quality policies

Requirements

• Technical studies in industry, administration, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing operations, warehouse operations, or similar roles
• Intermediate knowledge of SAP
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Excel being indispensable
• Availability to work rotating shifts

• Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities
• Proven ability in leadership, negotiation, and teamwork
