About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including forecasting and budgeting processes for the IMB region.
  • Consolidate IMB-level financials and provide performance analysis across segments, KPIs, and reporting structures.
  • Prepare monthly management reports covering revenue, margin, order intake, cost, cash flow, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial statements across multiple entities, managing adjustments between Group reporting and Local GAAP.
  • Monitor operating cost structures, support cost center controlling, and validate allocations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial policies, and internal controls, including inventory valuation and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Support liquidity planning processes and bottom-up cash flow reporting.
  • Act as a strategic finance partner to business, sales, project management, and operations teams to support decision-making.
  • Participate in financial digitalization initiatives, such as BI dashboards and reporting automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Business Finance, or Commercial Project Controlling.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles (Local GAAP, IFRS) and group reporting rules.
  • Proficiency in SAP and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, EPM+).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis.
  • Proficient English communication skills (written and oral) for cross-regional alignment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
