Thumbnail Designer

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact video thumbnails that utilize composition, contrast, and color theory to maximize click-through rates (CTR).
• Act as a master of "The Hook," pairing compelling imagery with minimal text to drive curiosity and urgency.
• Utilize generative AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E 3, Stable Diffusion) to create unique assets, backgrounds, and characters.
• Leverage advanced AI features in Adobe Photoshop, such as Generative Fill, to manipulate and refine compositions rapidly.
• Analyze A/B test results and performance data alongside the Channel Intelligence Lead to iterate on designs.
• Produce multiple high-quality variations for every video to test different visual angles and styles.
• Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with new visual trends and AI techniques.

Requirements

• Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop.
• Power user of generative AI tools for asset creation and image manipulation.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with an understanding of emotive triggers and human connection.
• Data-driven design approach with the ability to interpret CTR and view metrics.
• Ability to maintain high-volume output and rapid turnaround times without sacrificing quality.
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding lighting, shadows, and perspective.
