About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and responding to inquiries
  • Process customer transactions accurately using cash and debit systems
  • Sort, price, hang, and stock incoming donations and merchandise
  • Maintain store appearance through cleaning, dusting, and organizing displays
  • Assist with inventory control, including unloading donations and replenishing stock
  • Ensure a safe environment by following health and safety protocols and maintaining clear exits
  • Work collaboratively with staff and volunteers to meet store operational goals

Requirements

  • Completion of Secondary School
  • Minimum of 3 months of related retail or customer service experience
  • Proven experience with cash handling
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing between 20 and 29 pounds
