Thread Inspector API Pipes

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on pipe threads to ensure compliance with API specifications.
• Make critical decisions regarding the approval or rejection of threads based on quality requirements.
• Ensure product quality by complying with defined standards and reporting any deviations.
• Maintain accurate records and update tracking systems to ensure product traceability.
• Verify that all inspection instruments are in good working condition and check expiration dates.
• Commit to health, safety, and environmental policies and proactively report potential risks.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and maintain a clean, organized workplace.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Mid-level experience specifically inspecting API products.
• Strong visual and dimensional inspection skills.
• Ability to follow strict technical procedures and maintain high accuracy in documentation.
