Third Party Wealth Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day servicing to Third Party Advisors through an inbound call center
• Support operational activities including advisor onboarding, bulk trading, and plan level activity
• Partner with Relationship Management teams to identify referral and sales leads
• Process advisor-related forms, agreements, and transactions to meet workflow service level objectives
• Collaborate with the Operations team on special projects and initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of financial services experience
• Series 6 or 7 required within 120 days of start date
• Series 63 required within 120 days of start date
• Life/Health insurance license required within 120 days of start date

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of financial services experience
• Broad knowledge of TIAA-CREF products and services
• Experience and knowledge of Third Party Advisor business models
• Ability to work in a high-paced, multi-task environment with strong interpersonal skills
