Third-Party Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee Third-Party Logistics (3PL) warehousing execution and drive process improvements using lean manufacturing principles
• Serve as the primary liaison between the 3PL provider, Raytheon factory, and program offices
• Lead highly complex outbound customer deliveries and coordinate customer orders
• Monitor 3PL compliance with contract requirements and ensure output quality meets expectations
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership to align performance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of five years of relevant experience
• Experience working within a factory, warehouse, or Third-Party Logistics environment
• Proven experience in leadership or management roles
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP, WMS, or ERP systems in a logistics context
• Experience with domestic and international shipping
• Familiarity with the Aerospace and Defense industry
• Experience with DFAR, ITAR, DD-250, or AS9100
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Data Analytics
