About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the distribution and accuracy of product content across third-party platforms in partnership with merchandising teams
- Coordinate seasonal assortments, ensuring content is delivered ahead of key trading deadlines
- Maintain accurate pricing information and support alignment across internal stakeholders
- Track product availability and stock performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation
- Monitor third-party platforms to ensure adherence to Burberry brand standards and guidelines
- Analyse customer returns data and collaborate with teams to improve customer outcomes and processes
Requirements
- Experience in merchandising, operations or e-commerce within a fast-moving environment
- Strong analytical skills with confidence working with large data sets
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SAP or business intelligence tools
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Clear communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a focus on improving processes
