Third Party Developer (TPD) Lead Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop project definition and acquisition documentation, including RFPs, SOWs, and cost estimates.
• Define programmatic requirements and coordinate project milestones and objectives across functional areas.
• Lead the evaluation of project proposals regarding cost, schedule, and technical compliance.
• Manage project costs, schedules, and quality for multiple concurrent projects.
• Identify and track project risks and integration issues, providing mitigation recommendations.
• Coordinate support from all functional areas and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Lead the development of transition and turnover plans for completed projects.
• Act as the single point of contact for leadership, customers, and all project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Five or more years of professional experience in project management.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Catalyst, including budget development and project planning.
• Experience working with delivery assurance principles and project lifecycle phases (architecture, development, integration, and deployment).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
