About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting for DCVD equipment
- Optimize equipment productivity and uptime by minimizing downtime
- Manage equipment part localization and hardware modifications/improvements to extend life cycles
- Analyze equipment logs and FDC (Fault Detection and Classification) data
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related engineering field
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Technical expertise in operating and maintaining AMAT or Lam Research DCVD equipment
- Strong understanding of Dielectric CVD (CVD, PECVD) process mechanisms and thin film characteristics
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in SPC (Statistical Process Control) and FDC system analysis
