Thermicien/Thermicienne expérimenté/e

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in numerical simulations regarding thermal, energetic, and environmental aspects of buildings and territories
• Perform regulatory calculations (Th-C-e-Ex, RE2020, DPE) and simulations (SED, STD, ALF, FLJ)
• Estimate real energy consumption and carbon impacts
• Model summer comfort conditions
• Collaborate with project stakeholders including HVAC designers, energy managers, and architects
• Propose energy performance actions (APE) for both renovation and new construction projects
• Analyze Measurement and Verification Plans to ensure consistency with calculated commitments

Requirements

• Engineering degree specializing in building or energy
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a design office (consulting or project management)
• Strong technical knowledge of building thermal performance (envelope, eco-construction)
• Knowledge of fluids (HVAC and/or electricity)
• Understanding of heat production system design and dimensioning
• Knowledge of the IPMVP protocol
• Proficiency with modeling tools, specifically Pléiades
