Thermal Test and Validation Pilot

Responsibilities

• Define and coordinate vehicle instrumentation needs, including temperature, pressure, and flow sensors.
• Manage the preparation of prototype vehicles prior to testing campaigns.
• Coordinate and oversee thermal testing conducted on tracks, roads, or test benches.
• Plan and monitor testing activities in collaboration with various technical departments.
• Analyze the quality and consistency of acquired data and draft technical synthesis reports.
• Report progress to project managers and coordinate corrective actions when discrepancies are found.
• Ensure validation milestones and performance objectives are met.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Engineer or University) specializing in Energetics, Thermal, Fluid Mechanics, or Physical Measurements.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive or industrial testing environments.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle thermal systems (engine cooling, battery thermal management, HVAC, energy management).
• Proficiency with data acquisition tools such as INCA, CANalyzer, Concerto, or Dewesoft.
• Proven experience in instrumentation techniques and complex physical data analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prototype vehicles simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to coordinate technicians and designers.
