Thermal Technician - Core Services

Responsibilities

• Perform operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and control equipment for data center air conditioning systems.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to established plans and client requirements.
• Conduct startups, commissioning, inspections, and supervision of HVAC equipment.
• Contribute to the development of operational procedures including MOP, SOP, and EOP.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation regarding completed works and equipment status.
• Ensure high equipment availability and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to minimize system downtime.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, or Air Conditioning engineering/technology.
• Proven experience in the maintenance and operation of HVAC equipment within mission-critical environments or Data Centers.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints.
• Proficiency in operational management, including the creation of technical reports and documentation.
• Valid A-1 driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in precision air conditioning maintenance for Data Centers.
