Thermal-HVAC Service Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the execution of internal and external technical service activities.
• Plan work scopes and team schedules to ensure all goals and deadlines are met.
• Perform field technical visits and carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Execute field acceptance tests, commissioning, start-up, and assisted operations.
• Review technical reports, calibration documents, and service certificates produced by the team.
• Supervise product assembly and provide remote troubleshooting support.
• Conduct product training for users and support the development of training proposals.
• Identify commercial opportunities and support business development efforts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, organizational requirements, and integrated management systems.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience, including technical team leadership and project or service management.
• Technical degree in Mechanics, Refrigeration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Instrumentation, Electrical systems, and Maintenance Planning.
• Proven experience in the planning and execution of technical activities.
• Professional registration or certification required for field activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced mastery of Thermal-HVAC products.
• Specific technical certifications in the relevant discipline.
