About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned territory and geography-wise sales targets
- Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share for the GI Maxima division
- Promote division products in alignment with established strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and stockists
- Conduct effective fieldwork and report daily activities via assigned online systems
- Meet call average, coverage, and frequency coverage norms
- Act as a professional brand ambassador for the company
Requirements
- BSc or B. Pharma degree
- 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (candidates with experience in the same therapy or from MNCs are preferred)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently without direct day-to-day supervision
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time
