Therapy Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned territory and geography-wise sales targets
• Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share for the Women's Health division
• Promote division products in alignment with established company strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and stockists
• Conduct effective field work and report daily activities via the assigned online system
• Meet established norms for call averages, coverage, and frequency coverage
• Act as a brand ambassador for Abbott

Requirements

• BSc or B. Pharma degree
• 2+ years of experience preferred; high-potential freshers with strong skills may be considered
• Experience in the same therapy area or with MNC/top Indian pharma companies is an advantage
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to travel 100% of the time
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods during field work
