Therapy Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for the GI Optima therapy line to drive primary and secondary sales.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets through ethical product promotion.
• Conduct science-based discussions with doctors and chemists to promote products in clinics and retail locations.
• Organize medical camps, CMEs, and retail meets to support division strategy and customer needs.
• Manage distributor networks, including evaluating commercial standing, managing inventory, and ensuring timely claim settlements.
• Execute brand visibility and merchandising activities across trade and clinics.
• Facilitate new product launches by identifying target customers and providing market feedback.
• Maintain customer management plans, ensuring 100% doctor coverage and meeting established KPIs.
• Adhere to Abbott’s Code of Business Conduct, compliance standards, and EHS policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or territory management.
• Ability to conduct technical, science-based discussions with healthcare professionals.
• Strong skills in distributor management and inventory oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time within the assigned territory.
