Responsibilities
- Support patients in joint and independent exercises, functional tasks, and rehabilitation activities
- Assist in the management of equipment and splinting
- Prepare treatment areas and maintain accurate patient records
- Provide encouragement and support to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey
- Collaborate with therapists to implement individualised care plans
Requirements
- Experience in major trauma orthopaedics, plastics, and neurotrauma
- Ability to work with patients on exercises and functional tasks
- Proficiency in equipment and splinting management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable
