Therapy Area Specialist

Responsibilities

• Advise and support hematology and medical oncology specialists in both clinical and private practice settings
• Analyze market data to identify opportunities and potential within the oncological environment
• Develop and implement individual strategic account plans and measures for target customer groups across all channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute account plans while adhering to all internal and external regulations
• Organize and conduct innovative educational concepts tailored to current customer needs
• Coordinate closely with field and office colleagues to optimize marketing, sales, and medical activities
• Represent the company at congresses, sponsorships, and professional events to maintain customer relationships

Requirements

• University degree in business, natural sciences, or a comparable field
• Certified pharmaceutical representative (Pharmareferent) with field sales experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, common project management tools, and CRM systems
• Strong analytical and strategic account management skills
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and a persuasive presence in challenging situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Oncology, Hematology, or Specialty Care areas
• Deep knowledge of the market and customer base within the healthcare and political environment
