About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling services to clients.
- Conduct clinical screenings, assessments, and treatment plan updates.
- Perform crisis intervention and manage emergent service needs.
- Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely collaborative documentation of all services.
- Consult with external agencies and professionals, including schools, courts, and health clinics.
- Participate in monthly peer case consultations and individual supervision.
- Support the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) concept by integrating behavioral and physical health care.
- Meet agency standards for service hours, productivity, and fiscal responsibility.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a behavioral or social science field (Psychology, Clinical Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.).
- Professional licensure or active supervised status with a board-approved clinician.
- Experience in individual, family, or group counseling.
- Proficiency in crisis intervention and clinical assessment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job-related travel and client transportation.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
