Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling services to clients.
• Conduct clinical screenings, assessments, and treatment plan updates.
• Perform crisis intervention and manage emergent service needs.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely collaborative documentation of all services.
• Consult with external agencies and professionals, including schools, courts, and health clinics.
• Participate in monthly peer case consultations and individual supervision.
• Support the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) concept by integrating behavioral and physical health care.
• Meet agency standards for service hours, productivity, and fiscal responsibility.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a behavioral or social science field (Psychology, Clinical Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.).
• Professional licensure or active supervised status with a board-approved clinician.
• Experience in individual, family, or group counseling.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention and clinical assessment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job-related travel and client transportation.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
