About the Company

Clear Behavioral Health is dedicated to supporting individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges through compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based care. We provide a full continuum of services, including detox, dual diagnosis treatment, residential and outpatient programs, and specialized mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive individual psychotherapy to clients
• Lead group psychotherapy sessions based on client needs and evidence-based practices
• Manage up to 25 client-facing service hours per week
• Complete suicide risk assessments and Crisis Safety Plans
• Create and update individualized weekly treatment plans
• Participate in weekly clinical meetings for treatment planning and goal setting
• Collaborate with other counselors to coordinate care and manage cases
• Facilitate connection and conflict resolution to maintain a safe recovery environment
• Assist in the training and mentorship of other Therapists

Requirements

• Master's degree
• Registered Therapist status (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience focusing on adult and adolescent mental health
• Ability to diagnose behavioral health problems and disorders
• Knowledge of diagnostic impressions and criteria
• Proficiency in individual and group therapy techniques
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
