Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and perform diagnostic interviews for behavioral health and SUD clients
• Facilitate individual, group, and family-oriented therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation of services rendered, client progress, and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with clients, families, case managers, and referral sources to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in regular care conferences and case reviews
• Ensure compliance with agency, federal, and state confidentiality standards and HIPAA regulations

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (Bachelors may be accepted with additional licensure and experience)
• Current licensure or provisional licensure in the state where services are rendered
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly in behavioral health and SUD counseling
