Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents and/or young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use, and other co-occurring conditions
• Conduct comprehensive clinical interviews and assessments with patients and parents/guardians
• Develop and maintain therapeutic rapport with each assigned patient throughout a 28–35 day treatment episode
• Maintain thorough, timely, and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and clinical observations
• Synthesize and communicate relevant clinical information to multidisciplinary team members
• Participate in and support aftercare and discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
• Adhere to ethical standards and all applicable clinical, regulatory, and licensing requirements

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (or enrollment in a Doctoral program)
• Previous experience in a clinical mental health or behavioral health setting
• Experience working with adolescents and/or young adults
• Experience providing individual, family, and/or group therapy
• Licensed, pre-licensed, or license-eligible in New Hampshire (LMFT, CMHC, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mental health, substance use, eating disorders, or trauma-informed treatment
