Theatre Scrub Nurse/Anaesthetic Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the theatre environment
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the surgical area
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Administer anaesthetic care and monitor patients during procedures
• Maintain accurate records and follow protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid NMC registration
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a theatre setting within the last 12 months (Scrub and/or Anaesthetic)
• Proficient in aseptic techniques and infection control practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
