About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet patients, visitors, medical consultants, and staff both in person and via telephone
- Act as the primary point of contact for the 31-Theatre complex, resolving enquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate department records and perform essential data entry tasks
- Support the department with daily clerical, administrative, and basic financial tasks as directed by the Business Manager
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn specialist departmental software
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational attributes
- Administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
