About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for the busy 31-Theatre complex, assisting patients, visitors, medical consultants, and staff.
- Provide excellent customer service via telephone and in-person enquiries.
- Maintain accurate department records and perform data entry tasks.
- Support the department with daily clerical, administrative, and basic financial tasks as directed by the Business Manager.
- Contribute to the overall performance of the Perioperative Services team in alignment with Epworth’s values.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn specialist departmental software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong time management and organizational attributes.
- A motivated self-starter with a strong focus on customer service.

- Previous administrative experience within a healthcare setting.
