Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical care within a perioperative environment
  • Support surgical specialities in a modern, well-equipped theatre setting
  • Participate in structured development and diverse rotation scrub pathways
  • Engage in clinical leadership and decision-making
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

  • Current RN/AHP registration with NMC/HCPC
  • Awareness of research and evidence-based practice
  • Clinical competence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and direct others

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Scrub Practitioner
  • Openness to learning new skills and leadership development
