Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care within a perioperative environment
- Support surgical specialities in a modern, well-equipped theatre setting
- Participate in structured development and diverse rotation scrub pathways
- Engage in clinical leadership and decision-making
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Requirements
- Current RN/AHP registration with NMC/HCPC
- Awareness of research and evidence-based practice
- Clinical competence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and direct others
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Scrub Practitioner
- Openness to learning new skills and leadership development
