Responsibilities

• Build a classroom culture where scholars develop a love of theater
• Collaborate with Theater Teachers across the network to build a world-class theater program
• Engage in training with school leaders and benefit from targeted, in-the-moment feedback on instruction
• Engage students with a repertoire relevant to their lives and interests
• Design and execute professional-quality performance opportunities for all scholars

Requirements

• Professional training in a rigorous theater program or extensive professional performance credit
• Passion for theater, learning, and working with children
• Bachelor's degree by start date
• Experience working with a group of children
• Leadership experience overseeing people or organizing activities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
