TGA Engineer HVAC Project Support

Responsibilities

• Accompany and support project teams through project support in close cooperation with architecture and structural engineering colleagues
• Perform technical analysis of planning documents
• Conduct plan checks to optimize TGA (Technical Building Equipment) planning
• Perform quality inspections on projects to ensure execution quality
• Process economically, technically, and qualitatively optimized solutions
• Work closely with construction and project management
• Prepare quantity surveys and cost estimations
• Elaborate special proposals and clarify technical details

Requirements

• Degree in supply technology, building technology, or building automation
• Training as a state-certified technician or master craftsman
• Relevant professional experience in building technology or building automation
• Willingness to travel within North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW)
• Team spirit and an independent, committed, and responsible way of working
