Textile Technician Zara Basic Women

Responsibilities

• Search for new textiles, qualities, colors, prints, and market opportunities to develop collections.
• Work closely with Trends, Buying, and Design teams to align fabric selection with collection needs and sales data.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices, product developments, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor the product throughout the entire process, ensuring quality in dyeing, finishes, labeling, and design adequacy.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in textiles, design, or buying.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to defend technical proposals.
• Proactive mindset with leadership skills and the ability to manage projects independently.
• Passion for fashion trends and a deep interest in textile qualities and products.
