Testing Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute tests according to specifications for cell performance, safety, and reliability
• Set up safety tests and connect/disconnect test cells to equipment
• Monitor cell voltage, cell/ambient temperature, and charge/discharge programs
• Start and manage test programs on each software platform
• Identify potential setup issues and make adjustments to prevent errors
• Organize data efficiently using shortcuts and scripting
• Dispose of tested cells and clean equipment after testing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemistry (Master's preferred)
• Hands-on experience understanding equipment structure, function, and manuals
• Experience analyzing test data, creating graphs, and preparing presentations
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)

• Python skills for data organization and scripting
