About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute tests according to specifications for cell performance, safety, and reliability
- Set up safety tests and connect/disconnect test cells to equipment
- Monitor cell voltage, cell/ambient temperature, and charge/discharge programs
- Start and manage test programs on each software platform
- Identify potential setup issues and make adjustments to prevent errors
- Organize data efficiently using shortcuts and scripting
- Dispose of tested cells and clean equipment after testing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemistry (Master's preferred)
- Hands-on experience understanding equipment structure, function, and manuals
- Experience analyzing test data, creating graphs, and preparing presentations
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
