Testing Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Create project proposals and provide the executive team with focused information to select appropriate project initiatives
• Oversee data acquisition, reporting, database, and data warehouse architecture designs
• Develop and maintain portfolio status dashboards for executive communication
• Work with project managers to review and monitor the ongoing health of BI projects
• Act as the primary anchor and single point of contact for onsite stakeholders across different streams
• Lead large-scale performance testing engagements

Requirements

• 12 years of Performance Testing/Engineering experience
• 1 year of experience managing programs with a budget of $5M+
• Hands-on experience with Load Runner
• Proven experience working within a global service delivery model

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SAP performance testing and analysis
• Experience in the Retail domain
• Background in Performance Engineering
