Responsibilities

• Define and lead the testing strategy
• Elaborate the global test strategy for the program
• Define and structure test plans for the integration phase
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and anomalies
• Provide operational management of tests
• Plan and coordinate all testing activities
• Supervise internal and external project data with various stakeholders
• Guarantee compliance with deadlines and quality objectives
• Produce progress reports and quality indicator dashboards
• Drive continuous improvement in test deployment best practices
• Contribute to the maturity of project QA practices

Requirements

• Master's degree (Engineer or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software test management
• Proven experience in Test Management on complex or highly integrated projects
• Experience in multi-stakeholder coordination
• Excellent mastery of software testing methodologies and processes
• Ability to structure, lead, and optimize test campaigns
• Knowledge of industrial environments or SCADA systems is a plus
