Testing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise testing processes for power transformers using technical expertise
• Organize testing field workflows in close collaboration with the team to ensure efficient processes
• Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and regulatory standards in daily operations
• Analyze deviations and develop appropriate technical solutions in coordination with related departments
• Continuously improve testing methods and support structured documentation and communication of results

Requirements

• Completed HTL or a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field
• Knowledge of high voltage technology or electrical energy systems
• Experience or strong interest in testing procedures and measurement technology in a high voltage environment
• Structured and diligent working style with a strong team spirit and willingness to learn
• Fluency in both German and English for daily professional communication
