Testing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform testing activities for RF products, passive components, Fiber optical products, household appliances, IT and AV equipment, and electrical safety evaluations
• Conduct testing as per applicable international standards such as IEC, EN, CISPR, ETSI, and others
• Prepare and review technical test reports accurately and within timelines
• Operate and maintain laboratory test equipment and instruments
• Support calibration, maintenance, and verification activities for laboratory equipment
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and laboratory quality procedures
• Assist during internal audits, external audits, and accreditation assessments
• Coordinate with customers and certification bodies for technical clarifications
• Maintain proper records of testing activities and laboratory data
• Follow laboratory safety requirements and company procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related technical field
• 1–3 years of experience in an accredited electrical or electronics testing laboratory preferred
• Experience in RF testing, safety testing, household appliance testing, IT/AV equipment testing, or passive component evaluation
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory systems is preferred
• Understanding of electrical and electronic testing principles
• Familiarity with international product safety and EMC/RF standards
• Ability to interpret technical standards and schematics
• Experience in handling laboratory instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and power analyzers
• Good report writing and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
