Testing & Commissioning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute testing and commissioning activities for railway signalling systems according to established procedures.
• Manage and lead a team of T&C technicians in the field.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and correct system defects.
• Report design-related issues and non-conformities using appropriate tools and provide return experience (REX) feedback.
• Ensure all test tools are calibrated and in perfect working order.
• Support the V&V team by performing laboratory tests as requested.
• Deliver projects within committed quality, cost, and deadline parameters while complying with EHS and Railway Safety regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, preferably in electronics or embedded systems.
• Fluency in Romanian (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Good command of the English language.
• Full mobility and flexibility for short or long-term missions in different locations and countries.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Valid driving license.
• Strong analytical thinking skills to solve complex system failures.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
