Tester

Responsibilities

• Execute test cases and scripts while analyzing outcomes and documenting results
• Perform all aspects of defect tracking and management
• Develop test scripts, test conditions, and procedures for various test plans
• Create test data to validate functional requirements
• Work closely with developers to identify defect locations and complete retesting
• Utilize test tools and standard quality assurance processes to deliver maintainable products
• Communicate execution status and potential risks to senior experts

Requirements

• Experience with both automated and manual testing
• Ability to perform defect tracking and management
• Proficiency in developing test scripts and procedures
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of intermediate SQL functions
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proven ability to mentor less experienced testers
• Experience validating requirements and designs for testability
