Test & Validation Team Leader HV eMotor

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Technical Lead for High Voltage (HV) testing, focusing on eAxle and eMotor systems
• Define HV product test strategies in compliance with customer requirements and Valeo standards
• Oversee and manage HV product testing using dedicated eAxle System and Motor Performance test benches
• Conduct comprehensive functional product characterization for high-voltage components
• Support project teams with compatibility matrices and risk analyses
• Document and maintain the Validation Plan, including performance and functional results
• Partner with the T&V Design Lead to plan, budget, and quote validation activities
• Build, develop, and upgrade test equipment to align with new product technologies
• Line-manage and develop a validation team of approximately 6 engineers and technicians

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a relevant technical field)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in testing and validation, ideally in the automotive EV/HV sector
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering, specifically AC motor control and measurement systems
• Deep understanding of AC motor control strategies and electro-mechanical principles
• Proficiency in both English and Polish (written and verbal)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively within international, cross-functional project teams
