Test Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform functional checkouts and operational/component testing of electrical, electronic, electro-mechanical, and RF systems.
• Conduct fault isolation of complex electrical circuitry.
• Analyze test and rejection history to identify issues and develop corrective actions.
• Work from engineering drawings, schematics, work orders, and technical documents.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Control, and Manufacturing teams during buildup and acceptance operations.
• Recommend refinements to equipment, sub-assemblies, and integration processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating non-automated stand-alone test equipment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with electronic measurement and test equipment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience troubleshooting and fault isolating complex electronics systems.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10 years of equivalent experience or a combination of technical education and experience.
• Previous experience testing or troubleshooting advanced electronic systems, such as Electro-Optical Guidance Systems, Radar, or RF Seekers.
• An active U.S. Secret security clearance.
