Test Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute product testing operations independently according to test plans and schedules to ensure compliance with specifications
• Maintain accurate, complete, and traceable test records and documentation
• Prepare and deliver clear, timely test reports
• Collaborate with production, technical, and quality departments to resolve manufacturing quality issues
• Assist in investigating customer quality complaints and provide on-site support when necessary
• Adhere to all EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards and workplace management requirements
• Monitor key quality and efficiency metrics, including testing accuracy and timeliness
• Propose continuous improvement suggestions regarding product technology, processes, and quality

Requirements

• Associate degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related technical field
• Basic engineering knowledge and an interest in product testing or quality management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, for data organization and documentation
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail in executing technical tasks
• Ability to work in a shift-based rotation
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork across different departments

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic English reading or listening/speaking skills
