Test Technician Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the technician team, including daily task execution, on-the-job training, performance management, and shift scheduling
• Partner with the Site Director to purchase and install tools and equipment for safer, more efficient operations
• Maintain close communication and strong working relationships with the Test Engineering team
• Work with the Site Director to build a positive team culture and promote Stoke values
• Perform individual contributor work including building test stands and maintaining engine hardware

Requirements

• 4+ years in the aerospace industry or similar
• Proficiency in tube bending, general mechanical tasks, harness building, and operational support
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
• Physical ability to stoop, bend, crawl, and lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
