Test Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed testing and validation of aerospace systems and components according to established procedures
• Document test results accurately and report any discrepancies or issues to engineering teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the testing process
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aerospace or related technical testing roles
• Strong knowledge of test equipment, instrumentation, and aerospace system components
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and test procedures
• Experience with data acquisition systems and ability to analyze test data
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• Must be a "US Person" as defined by US export control laws (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status)
• Ability to work a swing shift (Monday - Friday)

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Aerospace, or a related field
• Experience with automated test systems and specialized aerospace software tools
• Knowledge of industry standards such as AS9100 and FAA regulations
