About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform automated system-level testing following detailed written procedures and practical experience.
- Lead root cause identification and correction for system, station, and software issues.
- Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting using oscilloscopes, volt meters, spectrum analyzers, and noise analyzers.
- Perform Component Circuit Assembly (CCA)-level troubleshooting to resolve issues at the component level.
- Disposition failures for repair and provide detailed documentation within e-factory systems.
- Write detailed work instructions and operate autonomously to complete assignments.
- Interact with and direct other Test Team members and Engineering Support personnel.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
- Ability to read schematics and follow complex written procedures.
- Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
- Strong computer skills and ability to use office equipment for job-related tasks.
- Manual dexterity and proficiency with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in system-level and board-level testing and troubleshooting in a technical environment.
- Proven ability to lead root cause analysis for complex technical issues.
- Hands-on experience with specialized test equipment like spectrum and noise analyzers.
- Self-motivated with experience writing detailed technical work instructions.
