Test Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electronic, electric, and electromechanical products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Execute and maintain test and burn-in processes in adherence to safety and ISO-9000 requirements
• Analyze yield and quality data to identify defects and implement corrective actions
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities by assisting with testing, validation, and qualification
• Perform system-level troubleshooting, debugging, and high-level repair activities
• Configure firmware, build software per unit configuration, and connect hardware components
• Assist in the development and maintenance of test equipment, fixtures, and test programs
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, calibration, and diagnostics for test equipment

Requirements

• Associate’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience as a Test Technician or in a similar electronics test, debug, or manufacturing support role
• Hands-on experience with electronic testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and documentation
• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical assembly and tools
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills
• Proficiency with operating systems (Windows/DOS) and basic computer skills for data entry
