Test Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electronic, electric, and electromechanical products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Execute and maintain test and burn-in processes in adherence to safety and ISO-9000 requirements
• Analyze yield and quality data to identify defects and implement corrective actions
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities through testing, validation, and qualification
• Perform system-level debugging, module verification, and high-level repair activities
• Configure and flash firmware and build software per unit configuration
• Assist in the development and maintenance of test equipment, fixtures, and test programs
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, calibration, and diagnostics for test equipment

Requirements

• Associate’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in electronics testing, debugging, or manufacturing support
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other testing tools
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and documentation
• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical assembly and tools
• Familiarity with Windows and DOS operating systems
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills
