Test Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electronic products, components, and systems to ensure compliance with production and quality standards
• Execute and maintain test and burn-in processes in adherence to safety, ISO-9000, and regulatory requirements
• Analyze yield and quality data to identify defects and implement corrective actions for improved reliability
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities by assisting with testing, validation, and qualification
• Perform system-level troubleshooting, debugging, module verification, and high-level repair activities
• Configure and flash firmware, build software per unit configuration, and connect hardware components
• Assist in the development and maintenance of test equipment, fixtures, and test programs
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, calibration, and diagnostics for test and burn-in equipment

Requirements

• Associate’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience as a Test Technician or in a similar electronics test, debug, or manufacturing support role
• Hands-on experience with electronic testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical documentation
• Proficiency in operating systems and technical environments such as Windows and DOS
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills
• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical assembly and the use of mechanical/electrical tools
