Test Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Improve Probe testing coverage, quality, and flow for NAND products
• Lead new product startup and drive yield improvement initiatives
• Support design verification using CAD tools and Verilog simulations
• Design novel test algorithms and develop programs for validating NAND features
• Perform electrical and physical failure analysis to understand defect mechanisms
• Develop and maintain manufacturing firmware for SSD testing and self-test capabilities
• Utilize statistical tools and data parsing to drive yield and efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with wafer fab and integration groups to resolve process-related defects

Requirements

• Experience with NAND Probe and Back End testing
• Proficiency in new product startup and design verification
• Experience using CAD tools and Verilog simulations
• Strong skills in statistical data analysis
• Experience with SSD Firmware development
• Ability to use scripting for automation of program development and work processes
