Test Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define and implement new test methodologies to reduce test time and increase test coverage
• Develop and document comprehensive test plans for new and existing hardware and software solutions
• Implement continuous improvement processes for test plans, test cases, and automation
• Manage the use of automation and test tools, identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Develop and execute test automation scripts
• Partner with test technicians during test execution and report results to development engineers and leadership
• Collaborate with external validation partners to ensure comprehensive test coverage

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of related experience in test engineering
• Solid understanding of hardware and software system architecture and their interactions
• Proficiency in reading and understanding technical data sheets
• Experience with test automation scripting
• Enthusiastic about learning new tools, languages, and operating systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field
