Test Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve Test cell yield issues to maintain product quality and throughput
• Conduct investigations for quality incidents and support root cause analysis
• Monitor key process input variables (KPIVs) using KPOV databases and maintenance logs
• Drive equipment and process upgrade projects to enhance performance
• Act as an upskilling trainer for test equipment and processes
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and documentation practices
• Set up new measurement methods required by R&D
• Analyze measurement results (KPOV) in PN
• Coach process engineers and technicians on instrument methods

Requirements

• Advanced, Higher, or Graduate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field
• 4-5 years of manufacturing experience in process, data monitoring, or data analysis
• Strong understanding of core engineering principles and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Minitab
• Basic understanding of Visual Basic programming and statistical concepts
• Basic project management skills including planning and execution
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
